Welcome to Earth Horse Wellness.

These Terms & Conditions outline the simple guidelines for using our website and participating in our workshops and services.

By accessing this website or making a booking, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

1. Bookings & Payments

All workshop bookings are made through the Earth Horse Wellness website or approved booking platforms.

Payments may be accepted via:

• Bank transfer (PayID)

• Credit/debit card payments via Stripe

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is in place to honour the time, preparation, materials, and venue costs involved in each workshop.

• 7 days or more before the workshop: Full refund or the option to transfer to another available workshop date (subject to availability).

• Less than 7 days before the workshop: Bookings are non-refundable, as costs for materials, preparation, staffing, and venue hire have already been committed.

• Non-attendance: No refund will be issued for participants who do not attend without prior notice.

Where possible, transfers may be offered at the discretion of Earth Horse Wellness.

3. Workshop Cancellations by Earth Horse Wellness

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if required due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, low enrollment, or venue issues.

In these cases, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• A transfer to an alternative date

4. Children’s Workshops

For all children’s workshops:

• Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking

• Emergency contact details and relevant medical information may be requested where necessary for safety and care

• Authorised pick-up details must be provided prior to attendance

5. Photography & Media

All photographs taken during workshops involving children will be non-identifying. No images will include children’s faces, ensuring each child’s privacy is respected at all times. Please note, parental/guardian consent will be obtained prior to any photography, and participation in photos is always optional.

Photography may be used for documentation or promotional purposes in alignment with Earth Horse Wellness values.

6. Participant Conduct & Safety

Workshops are designed to be safe, supportive, and inclusive environments.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a workshop if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or negatively impacts the experience of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Liability

While all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safety of participants, Earth Horse Wellness is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in workshops, except where required by law.

8. Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. This includes information provided during bookings and enquiries.

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

10. Changes to Terms

Earth Horse Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
