Workshop Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all workshop bookings made with Earth Horse Wellness.

Cancellations by Participants

We understand that plans may change, however workshop places are limited and resources are prepared in advance.

  • 7 days or more before the workshop: Participants are eligible for a full refund or may request a transfer to another available workshop date (subject to availability).

  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: Bookings are non-refundable, as materials, preparation, staffing, and venue hire costs have already been committed.

  • Non-attendance: No refund will be issued for participants who do not attend a workshop without prior notice.

Transfers

Where possible, transfers to another workshop date may be offered at the discretion of Earth Horse Wellness, subject to availability.

Workshop Cancellations by Earth Horse Wellness

If a workshop is cancelled by Earth Horse Wellness due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness, low enrolment, or venue issues), participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to an alternative date
